Specific Outputs    

• Conduct monthly stock takes and execution of CSA controls
• Assist in the resolution of SAP IDOC errors 24/7
• Supervise product returns and processing of credit notes and release of return orders to be billed to customer accounts
• Supported sales representative & customers
• Execute weekly management and reduction of short dated stock per depot

Required Experience    

• 4 years Sales/ Logistics experience in FMCG warehouse environment
• 5 years SAP system experience on Sales and Distribution module with focus on resolving IDOC errors
• 2 years Stock Take preparation and / execution

Qualifications    

• National Diploma and/or Certificate in Sales / Finance/ Logistics

Primary Objectives of the Position    

• Responsible for the effective management of Third Party Logistical Service Provider administration within the Inland, Groceries Division. Strong communication skills are required for this role as the role incumbent will serve as liaison between Logistics Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Key Account Manager & Customer Managers, Finance Department and Third Party Logistical Service Provider. Experience in managing sales related administrative tasks is mandatory these may include but are not limited to: pricing claims, clearing of short dated stocks, warehouse damages and Third Part Logistical Service Provider,driver to pay charges, etc. This role is based in Isando, Gauteng.
