Required Experience    

• Three years relevant experience in a shared services environment.
• Experience in an automated systems environment would be advantageous.

Qualifications    

• Grade 12
• National diploma or equivalent qualification would be advantageous.
• Primary Objectives of the Position    
• Handles all aspects of creditors, e.g. vendor masterdata, processing of suppliers' invoices, resolution of queries, reconciliation of creditors' statements and preparation of payments and remittance advices of monies due. Normally reports to a Supervisor in a centralised environment.

Primary Objectives of the Position    

• Responsible for the effective management of Third Party Logistical Service Provider administration within the Inland, Groceries Division. Strong communication skills are required for this role as the role incumbent will serve as liaison between Logistics Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Key Account Manager & Customer Managers, Finance Department and Third Party Logistical Service Provider. Experience in managing sales related administrative tasks is mandatory these may include but are not limited to: pricing claims, clearing of short dated stocks, warehouse damages and Third Part Logistical Service Provider,driver to pay charges, etc. This role is based in Isando, Gauteng.
