Clerk Creditors at Pioneer Foods

Specific Outputs    

• Verify supplier invoices
• Perform supplier reconciliation of prices, invoices and statements
• Process creditors payments
• Resolution of supplier queries

Required Experience    

• Three years relevant experience in a shared services environment.
• Experience in an automated systems environment would be advantageous.

Qualifications    

• Grade 12
• National diploma or equivalent qualification would be advantageous.
• Primary Objectives of the Position    
• Handles all aspects of creditors, e.g. vendor masterdata, processing of suppliers' invoices, resolution of queries, reconciliation of creditors' statements and preparation of payments and remittance advices of monies due. Normally reports to a Supervisor in a centralised environment.
