Sales Administration Manager at MECS (Pty) Ltd

Sales Administration Manager to effectively manage the complete sales administration function and support sales expansion
and continuously improve the accuracy of all sales related information.

Job Responsibilities

• Effectively manage the complete sales cycle relating to
• administration, including budgeting, forecasting, quotations, ordering, imports, exports, invoicing, collections, and reporting
• Support tender compilations and the formulation of sales contracts.
• Manage all Dealership Agreements and other sales related contracts.
• Manage prospect-, market share-, Profit-, Cost-, Stock-, and
• sales reports.
• Manage the equipment ordering process effectively.
• Continuously liaise with factories, freight forwarders and HQ to track orders and provide timeous feedback to key stakeholders.
• Perform reconciliation of all sales and report cost-breakdowns and profit results accordingly

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

• 3-5 years Operational / Management Experience in Sales/Logistic /Earthmoving
• Bachelors- Accounting/Admin/General NQF 7
