    Sales Administrator

    Introduction
    This position is open for candidates with a minimum of 2 Years experience in a call centre environment. You must have advanced Excel abilities and experience with Production Report, leave reports, absenteeism and abscondtions.Minimum Requirements
    The candidate will be required to manage the administration and discipline of a team of sales administrators. The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily reporting on production, issuing of disciplinary letters, disciplinary enquiries, coaching and mentoring of staff.

    • Matric
    • Any previous management position would be an advantage
    • Experience in the insurance industry highly advantageous
    • Extremely deadline-driven and target-orientated
    • Excellent Time Management skills

    • Computer literate
    • Good systems knowledge

    Job Specification

    • Ensuring compliance with:
    • Clientèle Life's Policies and Procedures
    • Applicable legislation including but not limited to FAIS, FICA
    • Keeping the team motivated and committed to the achieving of set goals
    • Providing on-going, continuous feedback to senior management
    • Providing on-going, continuous guidance to consultant
    • Always promoting a good working relationship with colleagues and working towards and maintaining good working relationships with other departments
    • Always being a role model for staff and an example of how results are achieved
    • Generating of Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports
    • Effective management of staff-related issues, including Performance Management and Disciplinary procedures
    • Investigation and implementation of new initiatives to enhance the running of the department and the generation of sales
