The above roles is required to assist with the implementation of a more customer centric structure. The power team has a total of 31 million WIP excluding CVA's and a backlog in the administration department as the team does not have enough resources to process all the WIP timeously. The addition of the 3X administrators as shown in the new structure will ensure that CVA's get a dedicated focus in planning and processing.
