You provide support and help our Market Development teams with Sales Administration. You use strong knowledge of Tiger processes and capabilities to ensure that Sales Administration are always in order and in line with all Tiger Internal Controls (Policies & SOPs). You understand the categories, the link between the various Tiger businesses and their respective country requirements and operations to enable quick response and proactiveness to the category and customer daily needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Deal sheet preparation and submission to SSC
Compile weekly sales reports for key markets to support internal
Checking Buyers price book against Tiger Brands system
Validation of pricing claims and tracking
Processing of PO on Oracle
Free Stock control
Consolidation of Country information into Region
Travel and Expenses
Meetings and Bookings
Maintain price list by country (aligned to business mandates)
Consolidation of BPM (innovation, discontinuation, market activities)
Attention to Detail – your work is consistently of a high standard and you can quickly identify and resolve errors in your own work and the work of others
Self-management – you are a self-starter who manages their own workload effectively to ensure that deadlines are met and risks to delivery are raised early
Communication skills – you have strong written and oral communication
Systems and Process– you comfortable following set processes but also look for opportunities to improve and develop them

Experience
Over 3 years' experience of administrative work within a Sales function or similar role
Experience of shared service working would be beneficial
