    Sales Agent (Inbound)

    Minimum Qualification

    • Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF 4
    • Regulatory Exam (RE)
    • FAIS
    • Class Of Business 

    Minimum Experience

    • 2 Years of Call Centre Sales Experience 

    Deliverables

    • Being Punctual
    • Persuading both existing and non-existing MiWay Clients to purchase our Value Added Products.
    • Optimizing each lead/call received
    • Maintaining a high productivity level daily & monthly 

    Knowledge and Skills

    • Undertake Outbound Tele-Sales
    • Service inbound client queries, requests
    • Administration and processing
    • Quality, Compliance and Accreditation
