    Job Description

    • Kia South Africa (Pty) Ltd invites ambitious and motivated youth who are eager to learn and ready to launch their careers in automotive sales to apply for the dynamic Sales Champion Programme.

    Programme Overview

    Successful candidates will receive:

    • 3 months structured workplace experience
    • Exposure to a professional corporate environment
    • Mentorship and guided sales skills development

    Minimum Requirements

    • South African citizen, under the age of 35
    • Grade 12 (Matric)
    • Must have a Valid Driver’s License
    • Strong communication skills
    • Passion for sales and customer engagement
