Driving distribution and availability of brands within your customer data base.
Delivering service excellence, recording and promptly acting upon customers’ complaints, queries and requests.
Actively building relationships with customers by identifying new growth opportunities in the liquor category and assisting new customers in opening of accounts.
Executing against a promotional plan, maintain pricing and seek forward share opportunities.
Identify training needs of the customer, offer basic training to outlet staff.
Have and deliver on exceptional product inherent knowledge.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Qualifications and Experience
Grade 12.
2-3 years’ Off Consumption Sales and Merchandising Experience in a related FMCG Liquor Environment.
Knowledge of the Off-Consumption Liquor Trade is essential.
