Sales Consultant – Property Development at Salt South Africa

• Our client is a residential property developer creating secure, lifestyle-driven coastal estates on KwaZulu-Natal’s North Coast. It has a growing portfolio of completed and in-progress developments and strong demand from buyers and investors, and is looking for a driven Sales Consultant to join its in-house sales team.

The role
You’ll work from the office, mainly on live inbound leads from home buyers and investors, and you’ll be responsible for taking those enquiries all the way through to closed sales. Key responsibilities include:

• Responding to and following up on live leads quickly and consistently
• Understanding each buyer’s or investor’s needs and matching them to the right units
• Presenting developments, pricing and the investment offering clearly and accurately
• Hosting show-unit and site viewings, including over weekends
• Closing sales and taking buyers from reservation through to signed offer to purchase
• Keeping the CRM up to date and reporting on pipeline and sales activity

What you’ll need

• Proven sales experience (essential), with a track record of closing deals and meeting targets
• A good understanding of property development
• Willingness to work weekends as required
• Energetic, driven and comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
