    Sales Coordinator - Nelspruit

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assisting Commercial team with all Service Level Analysis reports.
    • Assisting with FTL and Special Trip requests for Key accounts.
    • Assisting CRM and BDM with Key account queries.
    • Daily tracking report for Key accounts.
    • Assist CRM and BDM with preclearance of Express shipments.
    • Clearing Skeletons – Key accounts including Nelspruit branch.
    • POD updates for all Key accounts ensuring invoices takes place monthly.
    • Daily transit report to Key account partners Domestic and Express (ensure Shipments are delivered in SLA and any undeliverable shipments are updated within 24hours).
    • Following up on collection for Key account partners Domestic and Express. 
    • Client visits with CRM to Key account partners.
    • Assist clients with ACI and account queries if the CRM or BDM is traveling.
    • Assist with credit application procedure where necessary.
    • General Administration and filing.
    • Identify areas of improvement within the business and by involving the necessary personnel with the relevant skills, proposing the required solutions.
    • Assist with Global cases where necessary.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Minimum requirement is a Matric (Grade 12) qualification
    • 5 Years administration and running detailed reports.
    • Excellent administration skills
    • Attention to detail and follow up
    • Strong communication skills
    • Advanced Excel, Word and Power Point
    • Valid Code 08 drivers license and own reliable transport
