Sales Coordinator at Unitrans

Job Advert Summary    
Coordinates all costing, quoting and follow ups, escalation of rates, maintenance and escalations and renewals of all contracts. Usually responsible for compiling sales plans and forecasts on the basis of demand information. Has a close liaison function between Administration, Sales and Technical Departments.

Minimum Requirements    

• Diploma / NQF level 6
• Up to 6 years’ experience

Duties & Responsibilities    

• Effectively manage the complete sales administration function in order to support sales expansion and continuously improve the accuracy of all sales related information
• Develop and implement an effective information management system to support the overall sales strategy whilst ensuring crisp accuracy of all sales related data
• Problems are varied, requiring analysis or interpretation of the situation
• Problems are solved using experience, knowledge and skills, and general precedents and - practices
• Decisions affect a work unit or area within a department
• Contributes to the business and operational decisions affect the department as a whole
• Effectively manage the complete sales cycle relating to administration, including: budgeting, quotations, ordering, quote follow ups
• Administer all customer commercial matters relating to rates and contracts
