    Sales Customer Service Administrator

    Job Description

    • A Sales Customer Service Administrator is required to support a dynamic sales team and National Sales Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for sales administration, customer service coordination, reporting, and general office support within a fast-paced environment.
    • This role requires a highly organised, detail-oriented individual with strong analytical ability and advanced Excel skills.

    Key Responsibilities

    Sales Support & Reporting

    • Support the Sales Manager with sales-related reporting and administrative tasks
    • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and data summaries
    • Assist with sales meetings, agendas, and follow-up actions
    • Compile presentations, reports, and business documentation

    Sales Administration

    • Manage sales administration processes including quotes, samples, and order tracking
    • Follow up on customer accounts, payments, and outstanding queries
    • Maintain and update customer records and sales documentation
    • Assist with sample invoicing and tracking

    Customer Service & Coordination

    • Respond to customer queries and route them appropriately
    • Support customers and ensure efficient handling of requests
    • Assist with customer communication and service coordination

    Office Administration

    • Provide general administrative support to the sales and customer service teams
    • Assist with internal record keeping and office coordination
    • Support workflow efficiency within the department

     Requirements

    • Matric / Grade 12 essential
    • Strong Excel skills (advanced level – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
    • Previous experience in sales administration or customer service support
    • Strong analytical and numerical ability
    • High attention to detail and accuracy
    • Strong organisational and communication skills
    • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
