    Sales Development Representative

    Job Purpose:

    • Responsible for generating qualified leads by prospecting, nurturing, and engaging potential clients, by identifying and developing new business opportunities, and setting up meetings, demonstrations or calls for Sales Executives to close deals.

    Minimum education (essential):

    • Matric

    Minimum education (desirable):

    • Relevant Diploma or Certificate in Sales or Customer Service

    Minimum applicable experience (years):

    • 1-3 years in a sales role (Preferably in B2B)

    Required nature of experience:

    • Sales 
    • Lead Generation
    • Cold Calling  
    • Lead Qualification
    • Working within a digital environment 
    • CRM System for lead management 
    • Lead Generation & Prospecting

    Skills and Knowledge (essential):

    • Google Suite 
    • Strong  time management and organisational skills
