- Lexdan Select is working with a multinational B2C business in Cape Town, who is search for their Sales Director.
The Sales Director role is based in office in Cape Town, and has the following functions:
- drive sales growth
- manage a large team of sales managers & consultants across a variety of countries
- create a thriving sales environment within the business
- execute on sales goals
- drive team growth
Requirements
- minimum 8 years experience
- experience within the B2C segment
- 5 years experience in a senior management role
