Minimum Requirements:
Matric
Vehicle and valid Driver’s License
Minimum of 1 year of experience in external sales, preferably within the HR solutions or related industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong understanding of HR practices and solutions, with a passion for helping businesses optimise their HR functions.
A proactive and results-oriented approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proven track record in sales, with a demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Identify and target new business opportunities to generate sales and achieve revenue goals.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive additional business opportunities.
Present and demonstrate HR solutions effectively to prospective clients, addressing their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Negotiate and close sales agreements while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Conduct cold calling to prospective clients to introduce HR solutions and generate new leads.
