Job Description

• We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Executive specializing in used vehicles. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our inventory of pre-owned vehicles to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our used vehicle inventory
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
• Conduct test drives and present vehicle features and benefits to potential buyers
• Negotiate sales contracts and secure deals with customers
• Work closely with the finance and insurance teams to finalize transactions
• Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals
• Keep up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements:

• Proven experience in automotive sales, with a focus on used vehicles
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to effectively persuade and influence customers
• Knowledge of automotive sales techniques and principles
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools
• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
