    Sales Executive Used Vehicles- JHB

    Summary:

    • [Company Name] Dealership is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and focus on selling used vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in automotive sales, possess strong negotiation skills, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
    • The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, actively prospecting for new business, and closing sales to meet monthly targets.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
    • Proactively prospect for new customers through various channels
    • Conduct test drives and product demonstrations for potential customers
    • Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly sales targets
    • Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and promptly
    • Stay informed on industry trends, vehicle features, and competitor offerings
    • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and after delivery
    • Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals

    Requirements:

    • Proven track record in automotive sales, preferably in the used vehicles market
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
    • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
    • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite
    • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required
    • A passion for cars and a genuine interest in helping customers find the right vehicle for their needs
