We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team and focus on selling our range of used vehicles. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and guiding them through the sales process to ensure a positive buying experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Reach out to potential customers through various lead generation methods, such as cold calling, emailing, and networking
Conduct thorough vehicle demonstrations and explain features and benefits to potential buyers
Negotiate prices and finalize sales transactions with customers
Collaborate with the finance department to facilitate the sale and arrange financing options for customers
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and vehicle inventory
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new vehicle models, and competitor offerings
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of the automotive market, including pricing and current trends
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Customer service-oriented with a focus on building long-term relationships with customers
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
