Who We’re Looking For:

• Commercially-focused qualification: BCom in Accounting, BCom in Marketing, or a related qualification.
• Strong academic performance: Minimum 65% academic average.
• Confident communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English.
• Analytical thinking: Strong reasoning, numeracy and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative spirit: Ability to work well with different teams and build positive working relationships.
• Flexibility and curiosity: Willingness to learn, adapt, relocate and work flexible hours when required.
• Drive to make an impact: A self-starter who is service-minded, resilient, disciplined and results-focused.
• Consumer empathy: Ability to understand people’s needs, motivations and choices.
• Microsoft 365 proficiency: An understanding of Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Outlook and Teams training will be provided on the job.
• Data and presentation skills: Willingness to learn how to analyse data and create clear presentations.
• Mobility and field readiness: Willingness to travel to stores in and around the work environment.
• In-store curiosity: Interest in learning how the in-store environment works.
• Must have a driver’s license
