Sales Internship at Media24 (Pty) Ltd

Key responsibilities:  (The primary tasks, functions and deliverables of the role)

• Assist to prepare client requests by gathering relevant information, compiling, and ensuring deadlines are met;
• Offer sales support to Key Account Managers by assisting in compiling client proposals and following up on stock deliveries;
• Liaise with customers and ensure customer requests are implemented; 
• Compile proposals, send out to customers, follow up telephonically , process and send off for invoicing and distribution;
• Perform data processing and generate reports including weekly turnover  reports stock reports for Key Account management;
• Compile sales documentation for presentations when necessary in  attractive and visual presentation style;
• Liaise telephonically with customers regarding urgent orders or queries when Key Account Managers are not available;
• Offer general administrative support to the team; and
• Maintain a filing system of Sales documentation.
