    Sales Manager: BMW Vereeniging

    About the Role

    • We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our team at BMW Vereeniging. In this role, you will focus on driving sales performance, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring the successful achievement of targets within the automotive industry.
    • You will play a critical part in expanding our market presence and delivering an exceptional premium vehicle experience to our customers.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
    • Lead and motivate a team of sales consultants to enhance performance and meet customer needs.
    • Foster strong relationships with customers and identify opportunities to drive repeat business.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
    • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery and follow-up.
    • Collaborate with marketing and service departments to align sales strategies with operational goals.
    • Conduct training sessions to develop team skills and product knowledge.

    Requirements

    • Proven track record in sales management within the automotive industry or a related field.
    • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
    • Demonstrable experience in team leadership and performance management.
    • Proficient in using CRM software and sales analytics tools for reporting and strategy development.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Experience with premium or luxury automotive brands.
    • Certifications in sales or management training.
    • Bilingual proficiency in English and Afrikaans or another official language would be an advantage.
