Description

• Plan, organize & track sales progress within the framework of MAN Bus Sales Retail Sales Management.
• Prepare proposals & determine the sales strategy with the Head of Bus Sales Management.
• Prepare the UPL with the Head of Bus Sales, discuss sales targets in the framework of the UPL/RVP.
• Compare planned and actual sales targets and results of the sales staff.
• Prepare action plans in the event of any deviations from the original sales plan.
• Identify areas of concern in sales and complete workable action plans.
• Manage and support sales staff and affiliated dealers (supervise quality of customer support).
• Monitor & improve sales staff performance based on regular performance review sessions & agreed KPAs.
• Support Sales Staff with customer acquisition.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Business Administration.
• Grade: 12 Matric Certificate.

• Demonstrate integrity and honesty in dealing with colleagues, stakeholders, and customers.
• Customer focused with a results driven approach.
• Good communication (oral and written) & interpersonal relations skills.
• Strategic sales planning.
• Able to make decisions.

Experience:

• Experience as a Sales Manager - 6 years.
