    Sales Manager Commercial Vehicles (ECR) - Midrand

    Duties will include the following:

    • Provide strategic leadership and development to the CV Sales and Technical Team, as well as support for the inland Passenger Car (PC) Sales and Technical Team
    • Define and implement a growth strategy for CV refinish paint sales in Southern Africa aligned with the company’s vision
    • Ensure achievement of agreed CV targets, covering market share, cost of sales, sales turnover, and variable gross margins/results
    • Effectively manage the sales and technical team, overseeing customer segmentation, weekly visits, and visit reports
    • Train the team on new products and technologies to boost paint sales and maintain awareness of market intelligence
    • Manage customer communication and relationships, including customer quotations and contractual agreements
    • Measure and report acquisition against monthly targets, as well as actual sales versus budget
    • Plan and oversee the sales budget and resources, working to improve debtors through close collaboration with credit control

    What we expect

    • A Completed Commercial Tertiary qualification, i.e.
    • BEng, BComMinimum of 10 years commercial, refinish, sales management experience, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry
    • Willingness and ability to travel extensively locallySolid management and leadership skills
    • Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen
    • Advanced computer literacy and communications skills (presentation, verbal and written)Self motivated and an effective relationship builderManaging resources effectively and prioritizing work schedule
