External Sales Representative (Neg) at West Coast Personnel

• Fixed-term contract until 15 December 2026
• Established adhesive manufacturer in the Northern Suburbs is seeking an experienced External Sales Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and service existing retail and industrial customers across the Western Cape.
• Grow product sales within the existing customer base.
• Identify and secure new retail and industrial accounts.
• Monitor and report on competitor activity.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ external sales experience calling on retail and industrial customers.
• Valid Driver’s Licence.
• Experience must be in repeat/relationship-based product sales.
• No service sales (e.g. insurance/security) or one-off product sales (e.g. cars, machinery/property).
• Stable employment history and contactable references.
