Sales Manager Construction and Forestry at Senwes

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle of construction and forestry equipment
• Conduct financial forecasting, budgeting, and sales reporting
• Monitor inventory levels and process stock reconciliations
• Process trade-ins, quotations, and invoicing through Equip and SAP systems
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to expand market share
• Supervise and lead the sales team to achieve performance targets
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and FICA regulations
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to support sales initiatives
• Coordinate advertising and respond to sales inquiries from platforms (e.g., Agrisales, Marketbook)

Requirements

• Grade 12 plus a Post-Matric Certificate/Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 3–5 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing, with managerial experience in the farming mechanisation, construction, or forestry equipment industry.
• Strong product knowledge in construction and forestry equipment
• Computer literate, with proficiency in MS Office, Equip and SAP systems
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Customer-focused and performance-driven
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
