    Marketer: Whole Goods (Equipment)

    Key Responsibilities

    Financial Management & Administration

    • Compile and monitor annual budgets and forecasts
    • Manage financial performance to meet targets
    • Handle sales logistics, admin, delivery reports, and accounting processes

    Marketing & Sales Execution

    • Conduct market research and analysis
    • Develop and execute marketing plans and sales strategies
    • Organize and participate in demos, customer visits, and advertising campaigns
    • Handle pre-selling, sales transactions, and trade-in evaluations

    Customer Service

    • Maintain and update customer database
    • Provide after-sales service and manage queries
    • Organize clinics, presentations, and information days

    Stock Forecasting

    • Forecast and manage stock per branch

    Requirements

    • National Senior Certificate
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field would be beneficial
    • At least 5 years of Relevant sales and marketing experience in agricultural equipment.
    • Valid driver’s license
    • Proficient in MS Office and SAP
    • Fluent in English (Afrikaans an advantage)
    • Understanding of agricultural equipment, sales, marketing, customer service, financing, and supply chain processes.
    • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and time management abilities.
    • Detail-oriented, adaptable under pressure, and effective in conflict resolution.
    • Works well independently and in a team, with professional communication and strong customer focus.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Monitor inventory levels and process stock reconciliations

    Requirements

    Parts Manager (Agrifriend)

    Key Responsibilities

    Manage Stock

    • Ensure availability of stock and on-time delivery of non-stock items
    • Conduct seasonal planning and adjust sales forecasts
    • Optimize stock turnover and manage fast/slow-moving parts
    • Monitor and maintain parts availability for new equipment
    • Stay informed of market trends and development

    Requirements

    • National Senior Certificate (Grade 12)

    • Candidates with management experience will receive preference
    • Technical knowledge of agricultural equipment and machinery

    • Computer literacy and sound communication abilities

    Admin Clerk &Assistant Driver (Nvirotek Wynland)

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB:

    Administration & Inventory Support

    • Maintain accurate electronic and transactional records of all incoming and outgoing inventory items.
    • Monitor inventory levels and assist with timely reordering in coordination with laboratory staff.
    • Process internal inventory requests, including issuing, receiving, and ordering stock.
    • Receive and inspect deliveries at the Wynland site; verify against purchase orders and report any discrepancies or damages.
    • Liaise with suppliers to resolve delivery issues such as shortages or defects.
    • Ensure organised and secure storage of inventory in line with access control protocols.
    • Assist with regular stock takes and audits; reconcile physical and system records and help resolve variances.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and central administration to ensure smooth inventory operations.

    Assistant Driving & Deliveries

    • Collect and deliver samples from/to clients according to a scheduled route plan.
    • Ensure timely, efficient, and professional service during client interactions.
    • Maintain sample integrity by ensuring proper handling, cooling, and documentation.
    • Assist with general collections and deliveries, including mail, parcels, or products.
    • Safely load and unload items; verify quantity and ensure completion of delivery documentation.
    • Conduct daily vehicle checks, ensuring roadworthiness (e.g. tyres, brakes, lights).
    • Adhere to traffic laws and ensure cleanliness and safe parking of the vehicle.
    • Handle and clean cooler boxes and ice bricks used for transporting samples.

    Requirements

    • National Senior Certificate (Matric).
