    Sales Manager Digital Services

    What You’ll Be Responsible For

    Sales Strategy & Regional Growth

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the digital solutions footprint across Sub-Saharan Africa
    • Drive revenue growth by consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
    • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business through market research, prospecting, and cold outreach

    Business Development & Key Account Management

    • Build and sustain strong relationships with executives, engineers, and procurement teams
    • Own the full sales cycle — from lead generation and proposals through negotiation and deal closure
    • Act as a point of coordination for key accounts, ensuring seamless delivery and high customer satisfaction

    Customer Engagement & Solution Selling

    • Deliver compelling presentations and solution demonstrations tailored to customer needs
    • Support customers before, during, and after implementation to ensure adoption and long-term success
    • Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to shape solutions using customer insights

    Market Intelligence & Brand Representation

    • Track industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging digital technologies
    • Maintain accurate sales pipelines and provide regular performance and market feedback to leadership
    • Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and trade shows across the region

    What You’ll Bring

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master’s an advantage)
    • 5+ years’ experience selling digital solutions within the Oil & Gas sector
    • Strong exposure to AI environments
    • Proven success selling complex technology solutions (IoT, AI-driven, cloud-based solutions preferred)
    • Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets in African markets
