Description
To effectively manage, develop and control the sales function by achieving and increasing sales targets above budgeted targets, GP budgets and growing sales in the professional segment. Must be able to build a dynamic and motivated sales team through training, coaching and mentoring and spending time making joint calls with Sales Reps to maximise sales. Providing efficient technical and professional service to customers with the ultimate aim of achieving company profitability and objectives, and in line with acceptable corporate governance standards. In addition, the Sales Manager will exceed their own individual budgeted sales targets as well as provide market intelligence based on competitive products and market opportunities that are encountered during field sales activities.
