Responsibilities:

• Create and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve company sales targets
• Manage and lead sales team members to drive performance and productivity
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Matric Certificate (Grade 12)
• Proven experience in sales 
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
