    Sales Manager - Multiband and SED Mining Customer

    Job description as PSD Sales Manager SED Mining Customer

    1. Increase SED - PSD Sales and Marketing activities in SED Mining Segment and Increase PSD Sales revenue by marketing all aftermarket products.
    2. Implement SED-PSD sales/service strategies for SED Mining Segment customer and proactively engage customers with products and services that bring total cost of ownership value to customers and to generate new business revenue.
    3. Provide Monthly Forecast and meet Monthly/Quarterly/Annual - PSD Revenue Targets of SED Mining Segment Customer
    4. Increase PSD customer share in SED Mining Segment by running special sales campaign etc.
    5. Keeping controls on receivables of SED Mining Segment Customers · Strengthening of business relationships with SED Mining Segment Customers
    6. Address and resolve customer complaints satisfactorily
    7. Always maximize customer satisfaction and ensures absolute clarity in all customer transactions
    8. Maintain a close working relation with cross functional Sales & Service Team and Supply chain team.
    9. Oversee the creation of presentations, quotations, service level agreements, spare parts kits and training materials.

    Job description as PSD Sales Manager – Multiband

    1. Develop and implement Multi- brand Sales strategy for South Africa Region in coordination with PSD division
    2. Develop business plans, revenue forecasts for multi-Brand product
    3. Investigate Potential with customers for multi-Brand products offerings
    4. Review sales Data, analyze and record lost sales to increase customer share takes by offering multi-Brand Products
    5. Analyze and evaluate current PSD products range to develop / expand the multi-Brand product portfolio
    6. Increase sales presence on competition equipment through Every part/ Multi Brand
    7. Constantly explore for prospects and subsequently increase customer share thru Multi Brand products on competition Equipment
    8. Create consistent methodology for multi-Brand product pricing.
