Duties and Responsibilities:

•  Plan & implement Sales activities to achieve & exceed monthly sales targets
•  Develop & implement Marketing Initiatives
•  Manage customer relationships & customer satisfaction
•  Manage Finances, administration & reporting of your department
•  Conduct resource planning & development
•  Manage & lead the sales team to achieve objectives
•  Adhere to Dealer & Company Standards

Minimum Requirements:

•  Min Grade 12
•  Computer literate
•  At least 5 years’ experience in Vehicle Sales Management
•  Proven Networker
•  Proven track record of meeting monthly sales targets
•  Attention to detail, Organised & Structured
•  Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
•  Ability to perform under pressure & multitask
•  Ability to effectively strategise & implement plans and controls
•  Excellent knowledge of vehicles & managerial skills
