Lead specific operational or customer management activities / projects with the customer:(mostly with key accounts or strategic accounts)
Support Sales Director in forecasting: liase with CSR and customer on demand projections, validate the customer forecast, compile necessary information regarding new launches
Support Sales Director in Value Selling: collect from customer and external sources data required for building value argumentation: support the value selling case build-up, preparation of sales contract: follow-up implementation with relevant stakeholders
Support Sales Director in Relationship Management: analyse relevant internal and external data required for KA planning: set-up KA Team meetings, follow-up on RCS and EDCS process: results and action planning
Support Sales director in Credit Management: Collection: follow-up receivable reports, flag issues and follow-up on actions
We believe you have
A university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or Engineering
Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales or customer facing role
Experience from value selling
Good knowledge in Sales Force or Smart Sales
Solid knowledge from the beverage package and/or processing industry
