About the Role

• We are seeking a Sales Manager for used vehicles to lead our dynamic sales team and drive the growth of our pre-owned vehicle inventory. In this role, you will primarily focus on developing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and maximizing sales performance within the used vehicle market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase sales of used vehicles.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure performance goals are met.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track performance and set targets for the sales team.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to support promotional activities and campaigns.
• Oversee inventory management of used vehicles to ensure optimal stock levels and turnover.
• Provide training and support to sales staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
