    Sales Manager Used Vehicles - Tygervalley

    Summary:

    • We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager for our used vehicle department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
    • The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales representatives, managing inventory, and driving sales growth in our used vehicle department.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the used vehicle department
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
    • Establish and maintain relationships with customers to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction
    • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to optimize sales processes and strategies
    • Oversee the inventory of used vehicles, ensuring proper pricing and merchandising
    • Participate in negotiations with customers to finalize sales transactions
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive analysis, and market conditions

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
    • 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry
    • Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
    • Valid driver’s license
