• Lead Capital Group is looking for a Sales Nightshift Manager. We are looking for an exceptional individual to take our ever-growing teams to the next level. Our International sales department is a growing one and requires someone who is exceptional at managing staff and leading them in the right direction.

Responsibilities:

• Managing a team of sales agents
• Optimizing sales and conversions
• Daily coaching, mentoring and managing objections, and updating daily online
• Implementing sales strategies in order to grow client pipeline
• Holding daily team meetings
• Data / Report workflow management
• Motivational meetings with one on ones
• Daily Training

Requirements:

• Matric (essential)
• Sales Experience either cold calling or call centre environment
• Proven sales experience
• Proven experience leading a sales team
• Experience in the strategic sales planning and implementing strategies to drive sales
• Ability to manage a team of agents
• Ability to manage performance and develop agents into wolf of wall street sales agents
• Ability to deal with conflict and resolve internal staffing issues
• An understanding of lead management and data performance
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Ability and drive to work in a highly pressured sales environment
