We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our sales team as a Sales Representative for new vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Generate leads and identify potential customers by networking, cold calling, and attending industry events
Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to showcase the features and benefits of our new vehicles
Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings, pricing, and financing options
Negotiate sales agreements and close deals with customers
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships
Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure a seamless customer experience
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Results-driven with a track record of exceeding sales targets
Knowledge of automotive technology and trends
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
