We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to grow market share across the aftermarket automotive sector. This role requires a proven ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders across commercial, passenger, and agricultural markets.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding product penetration with existing customers, and onboarding new accounts, while ensuring exceptional service delivery and effective use of CRM systems.
Minimum Requirements
National Diploma in Marketing or Sales-related qualification
5 years’ proven sales experience in aftermarket auto components across commercial, passenger, and agriculture sectors
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers across dealerships, fitment centres, procurement teams, fleet operators, and government departments.
Prospect, cold-call, and secure new business in the aftermarket automotive sector.
Achieve and exceed company sales targets while protecting existing market share.
Drive product penetration by introducing new product ranges to existing customers.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across products and customers.
Conduct regular customer engagement activities, including Accessories Focus Sessions and dealer/customer marketing initiatives.
Ensure accurate and timely updating of CRM / Sales Mobility platforms with all client interactions, opportunities, and visit data.
