Sales Representative at Profile Personnel

Job Description

• Our client, a leading company in the FMCG industry, is seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Sales Representative to join their dynamic team in Durban.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive sales growth and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Identify new business opportunities through prospecting and cold calling.
• Execute customer call cycles and drive product distribution.
• Maintain excellent in-store merchandising, stock availability, and shelf standards.
• Implement promotions, displays, and product visibility initiatives.
• Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends.
• Manage stock returns, customer queries, and order-related issues.
• Maintain accurate sales reports and provide regular market feedback.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Grade 12 (Matric); a relevant post-matric qualification is advantageous.
• Minimum 3 years’ sales experience, preferably in FMCG.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Computer literacy.
• Strong selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management abilities.
• A proven ability to build relationships, work under pressure, and deliver results.
