    Sales Representative: Used Cars - Multifranchise

    About the Role

    • We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative for our Used Cars division within a multifranchise environment. In this client-facing role, you will drive sales through exceptional customer service and product knowledge, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to our customers in their automotive purchasing decisions.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and provide tailored recommendations from our diverse used car inventory.
    • Conduct thorough product presentations and test drives to highlight the features and benefits of the vehicles.
    • Negotiate sales terms and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the purchase process.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive offerings to effectively position our used cars.
    • Collaborate with the finance team to assist customers with financing options and promote additional services.
    • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by leveraging customer relationships and follow-up strategies.
    • Actively participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
    • Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support to foster repeat business and referrals.

    Requirements

    • Proven track record of successful sales experience, specifically within the automotive industry is highly desirable.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with customers.
    • Demonstrable experience in a customer service-oriented role, illustrating a commitment to exceptional service.
    • Effective negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on achieving targets and driving results.
    • Proficiency in using digital platforms and tools for sales tracking, communication, and reporting.
    • Valid driver’s license, with a clean driving record, ensuring the ability to perform test drives and vehicle deliveries.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Relevant qualifications or certifications in sales or automotive management will be advantageous.
    • Familiarity with automotive financing options and processes will be considered a plus.
    • Experience working in a multifranchise dealership environment or exposure to various automotive brands.
