Job Advert Summary    

• We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual in a sales support executive role.
• The Sales Support Executive role conducts a dual role of both a Sales Cadet and Recon Clerk, by assisting the current Sales staff in the recon and delivery process. This role requires the employee to handle the process of when a vehicle arrives in stock, doing quality checks, and making necessary arrangements for the vehicles to be serviced or revamped. 

Minimum Requirements    

• Passionate about the motor retail industry
• Previous vehicle sales experience beneficial
• Experience in reconditioning of vehicles or PDI
• Energetic, customer centric individual
• High level of motivation, initiative, and integrity
• Creativity and problem-solving aptitude
• Task-driven and excellent time management skills
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Strong attention to detail

Duties and Responsibilities    

• Daily contact with carrier companies to ensure the successful arrival of vehicle stock.
• Must at all times be informed with regards to vehicle stock
• Continuous communication internally with all stakeholders to ensure effective value delivery.
• Establish contact with suppliers/panel shops, by telephone and in writing. Communicating professionally both verbally and written.
• Assist in the sales process and administration of sale and sale documentation
• Deal file compliance and readiness (delivery)
• Preparing vehicle for delivery & PDI Check sheet filed
• Coordinate vehicle reconditioning & Quality check sheet filed
• Conducting vehicle final preparation for showroom display
• Take responsibility with sales manager for effective vehicle display (physical / Online showroom)
• Ownership of vehicle key control
• General sales assistance on showroom floor, when needed
• Aftersales support. Assist sales dept with aftersales enquiries and issues.
