Your role:
Lead, motivate and develop a successful sales team
Coach and mentor sales agents
Monitor team performance and implement strategies to improve results
Drive a positive and performance-focused culture
Work closely with management to achieve business growth objectives
What We're Looking For
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a call centre environment
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a team leader position
Strong coaching, mentoring and people management skills
A hands-on leader who leads by example
Excellent communication skills
What We Offer
