About the Job

We are on a search for a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized Salesforce solutions. This role demands a strong technical understanding of Salesforce products and services, as well as a creative approach to solving complex problems.

Hybrid working model

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.
• Implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Work closely with other developers, architects, and project managers to ensure that the configuration and custom components meet application requirements and performance goals.
• Assist in defining project requirements and proposing solutions aligned with business goals.
• Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce implementations and integrate Salesforce with other systems.
• Create technical documentation and user guides for new and existing implementations.
• Troubleshoot and fix bugs within Salesforce applications.
• Ensure security of Salesforce applications in compliance with company policies.
• Keep abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality, providing recommendations for process improvements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and API.
• Experience with Salesforce.com developer toolkit including Apex Classes, Controllers and Triggers, Visualforce, Force.com IDE, Migration Tool, Web Services.
• Proficiency in SOQL, HTML, XML, JavaScript, SQL, and Java or C#.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, governance and compliance standards.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage workload independently as well as part of a team.

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
• Other beneficial certifications include Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified App Builder, and Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect.
