Role Description

• Coordinates Salesforce support, providing guidance and direction and delivering technical support as well as coaching and training
• Contributes to improved awareness of Salesforce business rules
• Ensures delivery of timely and high-quality responses to requests for Salesforce support
• Technical challenges are raised through ServiceNow
• Requests for training, coaching and other support services will be accessed through Africa CMD’s work management system
• Ensures collaboration within the Salesforce support team in the PwC Africa territory, and works to upskill these resources as needed
• Develops Salesforce uptake and data quality, demonstrating a good understanding of PwC Africa’s services, go-to-market priorities and strategy, ensuring that Salesforce delivers value to the business
• Has knowledge and aptitude to take a Salesforce training programme from concept through to finality
• Keeps up to date on Salesforce use trends, challenges and opportunities
• Identifies needs or problems and comes up with solutions
• Manages multiple projects of varying complexities and meets deadlines
• Adheres to rules, procedures, policies, instructions and agreements
• Manages realistic expectations and time pressure

Qualification & Experience

Requirements

• Degree/diploma in Business systems, Operations or related field and/or tertiary qualification
• 3-5 years’ experience
• Salesforce Admin Certificate 
• Exposure to Einstein Anayltics(CRM Analytics) would be a bonus
• Exposure to Salesforce Marketing would be a bonus
