    Executive assistance 

    • Calendar management and scheduling meetings 
    • Completing time and expense claims for Partners 
    • Travel bookings - flights, accommodation and car hire, both locally and internationally 
    • Compilation and typing of protocols, presentations and general correspondence 
    • Assisting the team with all admin concerns, HC queries, OneTech queries etc 
    • Operational support - Staff matters 
    • Maintaining the staff planner and assisting with staff project allocation
    • Managing workday compliance 
    • Coordinate the renewal of professional subscriptions (collect information, renew and arrange payment) 
    • Coordinate attendance of, and payment for conferences 
    • Arranging annual wellbeing and culture related activities and events
    • Managing the RAS social calendar, organising event and monitoring the budget 
    • Arranging all aspects of recruitment events 
    • Managing the Onboarding process for grads and experienced hires 
    • Operational support - Project management 
    • Monitoring ongoing project compliance with Risk management policies
    • Assisting large project teams with project management activities
    • Assisting the financial support with invoicing, debtors and 
    • Requesting invoices and ensuring they are created timeously and accurately
    • Managing the debtors including liaising with overseas debtors and local finance teams to have payments allocated correctly (including withholding tax certificates).

    PERSON PROFILE

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 

    EXPERIENCE SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

    • A degree in or currently studying towards a BCom Honours in Forensic Accounting, BCom Honours Accounting, BCom Honours in Information Systems, Bachelor of Science degree with a focus on Computer Science, LLB
    • 5 to 10  years work experience in a forensic services environment will be advantageous
    • Good working knowledge of the following: 
    • Microsoft (including Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint)
    • Computer hardware and operating systems
    • EnCase v. 7 and other forensic tools (e.g. FTK, IEF, Kali Linux, tools in Kali, etc)
    • Mobile device forensic tools (e.g. cellebrite, FTK, etc.)

    Role Description

    • Coordinates Salesforce support, providing guidance and direction and delivering technical support as well as coaching and training
    • Contributes to improved awareness of Salesforce business rules
    • Ensures delivery of timely and high-quality responses to requests for Salesforce support

    • Requests for training, coaching and other support services will be accessed through Africa CMD’s work management system

    • Exposure to Salesforce Marketing would be a bonus
