OUR PROCESS

Interviews will be conducted in two phases:

1. An introductory interview via video call will be conducted to determine whether or not there is a meeting of the minds and to establish a platform for a Q and A.

2. The final interview will be conducted at our head office with our senior managment team and company directors to determine whether or not there will be synergy between ourselves and the successful candidate.

Upon completion of the interview process an offer of employment will be extended to successful candidates.
