Salesperson (Part-Time) at Pepkor Speciality

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join our team on a part-time basis. The Salesperson will be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging customer prospects to drive sales and revenue growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
• Set up meetings with potential clients to present and demonstrate our products/services
• Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
• Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs
• Collaborate with the sales team to reach sales goals

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Salesperson or similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus
