SAP Business Analyst at Salt South Africa

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather SAP business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and surveys.
• Analyze business needs and objectives, documenting them clearly.
• Design and optimize business processes using models and workflows.
• Create detailed BRDs outlining business, functional, and system requirements.
• Facilitate communication between business units and IT teams.
• Assess solutions, recommend system customizations, and evaluate business impact.

Requirements:

• B.Com/B.Sc in IT or related field (advantageous).
• Business Analysis certification (preferred).
• 2+ Years experience as a SAP Business Analyst
• Strong writing skills
• Project management or administrative background.
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools (e.g., Visio)
