SAP Cloud ALM and BTP Product Owner at NTT Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Vision:

• Develop and communicate the strategic vision and goals for SAP CALM and Business Technology Platform.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with business objectives and digital transformation initiatives.
• Product design and modelling/testing new and existing solutions
• Draft and maintain product specifications documents.
• Evaluate market trends associated with the particular product or product line.
• Provide product knowledge input assistance for compiling client proposals.
• Write RFI/RFP responses and bids and obtain vendor product certification for the product portfolio.
• Analyse customer data to produce recommendations and reports.
• Recommend product enhancements and updates to identify new business opportunities.

Requirement Definition and Prioritization:

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and developers to define and prioritize CALM and BTP requirements.
• Analyze and prioritize feature requests, enhancements, and defect resolutions.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with SAP architects, developers, data engineers, and business analysts to ensure the seamless integration of CALM and BTP with other SAP modules and business processes.
• Foster collaboration and communication across teams to achieve common goals.

Feature Development and Release Planning:

• Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, scalability, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with development teams to plan and execute releases in alignment with business priorities.

Quality Assurance and Testing:

• Define acceptance criteria for user stories and ensure that delivered features meet specified criteria for performance, security, and scalability.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to develop testing strategies and validate the quality of BTP platform releases.

User Training and Support:

• Develop user training materials and conduct training sessions for BTP platform users.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to end-users, addressing questions and issues related to BTP functionalities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or other degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role, with a focus on SAP CALM and Business Technology Platform.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP Cloud ALM BTP services, cloud platforms, and emerging technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools.
• Certification in SAP Cloud ALM and Business Technology Platform or related field is a plus.
